The home has been totally changed to become a custom home. The original footprint has been altered dramatically, including having to completely take home down to studs and remove the entire roof with extensive structural changes. 
Most of exterior is completely new with Tyvek water barrier, new roofing, new plaster, new everything! 
This home is over 500 square feet larger than the original Plan and bears no resemblance to the Plan 3. Home office has been added to the original layout. Rebuild of the home took one year. Balconies were dramatically extended across and out from home. There is no home in the ocean view side of Pelican Ridge with this custom configuration. Every detail has been thought through in this home to make it a truly unique and enjoyable experience in every room.
Floors are a combination of antique reclaimed Millennium limestone Planks with our hand hewed Chevre-Feuille Limestone. Stair material and outside deck are 500 year old Kronos limestone pavers and blocks, custom specialty fixtures, Venetian plaster and rustic beams can be seen throughout the entire home.
European lift and slide stacking doors across the entire living and kitchen area open up to a continuously paved Kronos paver balcony with expansive ocean view. Totally remodel back in 20160. This house is practically brand new.
